A few people may get excess weight because they want to or simply because their significant other wants them to. Some people will tell you that going fat is fun. This is becoming increasingly common in today’s day and age day and age
They get fat because of a hormonal imbalance. Others get fat because of an unhealthy food plan. Most people get fat by eating too many high carbohydrate foods, like refined (processed) saccharides, and not getting enough physical exertion. If you eat healthy foods and do cardio exercise you can lose fat. Fruits such berries, and non starchy vegetables, are much better snack options than refined (processed) carbohydrates.
When you become older, your metabolism slows down. Then you have no option but to boost your metabolism by avoiding refined (processed) carbohydrates, limiting even natural carbohydrates, and exercising more.
Stomach muscle contractions are generally unmistakable hunger signals to the stomach’s owner. They are, that is, if the owner is a healthy man or woman in the normal weight range. Nature’s built in control mechanisms, reinforced by habit, are so strong that most people feel hungry three or four times a day, and when they do, they mechanically eat the necessary amount of food.
Obesity is simply the effect of eating more calories than are being burned by the human body the body However, it is much more complex of an issue than that. In fact, what modern research has uncovered is that obesity is not just a matter of overeating. There are sound physiological reasons why some people can eat very large quantities of calories and not increase their weight substantially while for others just the reverse is true.
Why American are fat?

Another physiological difference between obese and thin people is how much of the food consumed is converted immediately to heat. This process is known as diet-induced thermogenesis (heat production). Investigators have discovered that in lean individuals a meal may stimulate up to a 40 % increase in diet-induced thermogenesis. In contrast, overweight individuals often display only a 10 % or less increase.
Appetite reflects a very complex system that has evolved to help people deal with food shortages. As a consequence it is extremely biased towards weight gain. It makes sense that people who survived famines were those that were more adept at storing fat than burning it. So, there is a built in tendency for all of us to overeat even though in developed countries food is readily available.
This diet works

To combat the disposition to eat more than we require, we must accentuate the normal physiological processes that curb the appetite. A very elaborated system exists that is supposed to tell the hypothalamus when the body requires more food as well as when adequate food has been ingested.
